- Q: I have not received a confirmation email. A: Please check your spam or bulk email folder before you contact us.
- Q: I have a question about returns. A: Your order will have a returns information sheet in the pack. We are unable to accept returns on intimate items or lingerie that has been worn next to the body. For details of what can be returned, please see the "Returns" section of our Terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Q: How do you dispatch orders? A: All our orders are sent in plain packaging by Royal Mail 1st Class, recorded or signed for services. We dispatch Monday to Friday, no later than the next working day after receiving the order. UK orders should be delivered in 1-2 days after posting. Overseas orders can take up to 7 days.
Please Note: Our stock is in demand and can sell out quickly. If your selection is shown as "out of stock but can be back ordered" This will be shown on the product page. If you choose to back order, your order will be dispatched no later than 10 working days after receipt of your order.
